Registration for Junior Academy League 2025 - Post-Season

Welcome to the Junior Academy League Post-Season

After our biggest ever Junior Academy League in the pre-season, the journey continues into the Junior Academy League Post-Season – a high-level tournament designed exclusively for academies to finish the year with silverware and strong performances.

Competition Dates
Week 1 – Sunday 2 November
Week 2 – Sunday 9 November
Week 3 - Sunday 16 November
Week 4 - Sunday 23 November
Finals - Sunday 1 December

Venue
All matches will be played at the iconic Veneto Club in Bulleen
One central venue – easy logistics, great facilities.

Tournament Format
- Open exclusively to academy teams only
- 2+ matches per day
- Games played as 2x13 minute halves
- High-tempo scheduling & fast-paced action

New Divisions Introduced for 2025: JAL1 & JAL2

To enhance the player experience and support development at all levels, this year we are introducing divisions to the competition.

JAL1 (Kangaroos) – For high-performance and experienced academy teams

JAL2 (Wallabies & Joeys) – For new, developing, or community-based academy teams

To ensure every team is placed in the most suitable division, Week 1 will be a grading round . Please register your teams according to their appropriate level. This structure will help ensure balanced competition and the best possible environment for all players to grow and thrive.

Entry Fees
7v7 (U8 + U9) – $990 (Max. 12 players)
9v9 (U10-U13) – $1100 (Max. 14 players)

⚠️️Cancellation of the tournament due to force majeure

In the event that the tournament can’t be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the tournament organisers (force majeure*) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence or the tournament organisers, the tournament organisers cannot be held liable by the delegations for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses etc. Under these circumstances, the tournament organisers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future tournament, or to reimburse the delegations after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the tournament and which could not be recovered from third parties.
